A Coffee A Day Keeps Me Closer To Death

These last 2months I've gotten sicker (vomited) whenever I either came back from a party or after doing any energy consuming activity. And because I don't change my drinking habits (always beer and something strong to mark my exit) and having more hiccups with feelings of drowning, this has preoccupied me for a while.

The problem had to do with drinking something. That something being coffee. I've been drinking about \(2,5 \left[{\mathrm{cups}\over \mathrm{day}}\right]\) average for the last 3months (with a maximum of \(\approx 1,75\left[{\mathrm{litres}\over\mathrm{day}}\right]\)). All with an empty stomach.

Turns out that doing that with chronic gastritis irritates the lining of the stomach even more 1. So the lesson there is I should stop drinking so much coffee like I'm still in uni.
