Borzonian Food

You will need:

• One big smoked sausage
• 2 eggs
• a slice of butter (not too slim)
• Cheese
• 2 pieces of sliced bread
• Mustard

Cut the sausage in 4 equal pieces (making a cross over it) and put them in a hot pan with half of the slice of butter. Flip them so they don't burn and repeat until they look crispy. Once they're cooked, take them from the pan and add the 3 eggs, the other half of the slice of butter, and the cheese. Do not add salt, the remaining sausage butter, and both the new butter and cheese have plenty of salt. Scramble the eggs while scrapping the bottom of the pan. That way you can recover all the flavour left by the sausage. Cook until they are still a bit creamy.

Toast the bread separatly and put the 4 pieces of sausage on one of the slices and add the mustard on them. Then put the eggs over and close the sandwich.
